EUC Beach Sports 2025

Accreditation

Accreditation Procedure:

The accreditation procedure will be developed by the Organising Committee (OC) and EUSA. The OC will check the participation fee of each team (providing invoices if needed) and will inform about accommodation, transportation, and sports-related data.

EUSA will verify the participants’ eligibility and the payment of the EUSA fee. Once all requirements have been fulfilled, accreditation cards will be issued to participants.

Required Documents for Athletes and Officials:

  • Passport or ID card.
  • Individual Entry Form.

Loss of the Accreditation Card:

In case of losing the Accreditation Card, the participant must personally approach the OC Accreditation Center and report the loss by presenting a valid Identification document (passport or ID card). Requests for a replacement card must be made directly at the Accreditation Center, where a new card will be issued.

The cost for a new Accreditation Card is 50 euros, to be paid on the spot.

Accreditation Card:

The Accreditation Card is the only official and valid document for all participants of Granada’s EUSA Beach Sports 2025 Championships. Therefore, it must be visible at all times in order to access restricted event areas.

Access control will be enforced through these Accreditation Cards, which will be checked at the entrance of all venues.

Anyone without an Accreditation Card, or with a Card that does not grant access to a specific area, will be denied entry. Improper usage of personal Accreditation Cards is prosecutable by law and will be reported to the Security Operational Center.

Accreditation Centre:

The Accreditation Centre for Beach Handball and Beach Volleyball will be located at the Universiada Sports Hall. Accreditation will be available on July 13th and July 14th, the latter exclusively for teams arriving on the night of July 13th.
